Professional Customer Service

I am in awe with happiness with the service i got from Pep Home in Chris Hani Mall Vosloorus, I have bought an iron from Game and when it was damaged in a month, I was not assisted but with Pep I bought a kettle in April when i went on Sat 30/08/2025 I was already in a mood that they won't assist me but to my suprise the staff member Karabo was so polite and professional together with the manager Sam, I even regreted not buying my iron from there, I have a new kettle and am a happy customer. I wish other stores can adopt your customer service techniques because its clearly working. Thank you Pep for employing staff who actually practice good customer service.
