Pretoria North Instore Theft

So this happened today, we went to PEP to buy my friend's daughter some clothes. Whilst browsing an African lady approached me, and asked can I help her fit a jacket. With no knowledge that she had bad intentions, I kindly helped her and afterwards she even looked at me and greeted me friendly. Only after paying for my friend’s daughters clothes, I realised that my cellphone has been taken from my pocket. I went back to the shop to see if she was still browsing only to find they had already walked out and got into a car. I went to speak to one of the floor managers and all she could tell me was sorry they only have cameras in the front of the store. Then someone told me that apparently that PEP store is a pick pocket hot spot. If I had known I would have never gone into the store. I personally think it is pathetic how they have no security whatsoever at that shop. How do you even make a profit if people can just shoplift and walk out like nothing ever happened? I won’t be supporting any PEP store in the future.
