POOR STANDARD OF WORK MANSHIP

While I acknowledge PEP stores, are fair with their prices, the quality of clothes, in the last two years, has gone done down. Recently after wearing something I purchased there once, it fell to pieces. I find after buying something and then wearing it a few times, you have to take it to the tailor's. I have previously phoned the customer care line to complain, but there is no correction from the Company
