Poor Shaddy business services at Pep cell Mokopane Shoprite centre.

I visited the store yesterday at 4pm South African time.at pep cell store In mokopane,I'm receiving this money almost every three days a week send from pep store at steiloop,I have experience a poor customer service at this stores,They told me they don't offer that service and the lady who was telling me not even interested to help me was busy playing with another one right 8n the store the short black lady with bear's,I did came back and they also not willing to help me,This store has not even being looked after , there is a Shaddy business they do.because they are not professional and lazy to help customers.The right decision should be made to those Who worked there all of them,I'm a business man Who send money from pep to receive it from others Pep store's.

This time I felt pain from this ladies who never wish to help me ,they send me to other Pep across the street and I went there get help, I'm very disappointed by the treatment I have received yesterday from this lady,if it was my Shop I will expelled her from working at my business,the same pep must fire her is going to do a lot of damages by working there,If she can do this to me how many customers has suffered her ordeal and poor service.
