Poor services

Sunday the 27th of October I went to Pep Store at Kerk street Johannesburg. I was partially accused of *****ing by one stuff member and the security guard. I contacted pep store head offices about this and they have since said they will get back to me. I did a follow up and I was told I have to wait because things like this takes time. I am very disappointed with the service I got from pep.
