Poor service yet again from pep

I am so frustrated by the service I received from Pep in the Johannesburg CBD ( Bankcity). I bought items at Carlton center and they were the wrong size. This thing of the cashiers putting the slip in plastics has now created a problem for me. The store refuses to change items for me which are the wrong sizes. I can understand refusing if I want cash back but items that are the wrong size why. I mean the looting happened in June it's the following year now. Worst that manager was so rude no people skills what's so ever. He had the nerve to say I am being personal when I said to him he is wearing the pep colors and I am asking for help from pep is there no alternative. The man should be proud of his company.
