Poor service. Poor Management. poor quality products. poor staff

On 25th Jan I bought a Wi-Fi Pocket rooter. This rooter charging unit went into the device and can't charge this was on 3rd of Feb. i took it back to pep at the kolonande retail center as this device is only 8 days old. the lady at the counter called the supervisor as no manager is on duty. she came to me and as she got to me another customer called her. I showed her the device and she went back to the customer that called her and helped him first. wow. she disappeared into the office and came back out and said I must speak to the manager over the phone. I explained to him. she said to me that I damaged the device, and they will send it in, and I'll be responsible of the repairs if it can be repaired. I have 3 pocket rooters and I do know how to charge them. This device is only 8 days old. I will warn everyone about pep. don't buy electronics at a low base business and rather use the right providers.
