POOR SERVICE - PEP HOME FOUNTAINS MALL - JBAY

I visited the PEP Home in the Fountains Mall, Jeffreys Bay, yesterday

I wanted to draw cash together with the purchase I made.

And there was even a sign at the tills (on the card swipe machine) telling that "CASH BACKS AVAILABLE" The teller was so unfriendly and rude.. She just said that she dont even has R100 available in her till.

I asked if she could not make a plan, because I did not want yo go stand in the LONG queue at the ATM and also not want to pay that extra bank fee at the ATM.

She just blatantly ignored me.

This is very poor service.. This kind of rudeness is not right.
