Poor service PAXI Pep Northgate

Walked into Pep store northgate to send a parcel. Was told by Millicent that cannot send unless I have Pep store number, though I had the name. This was shocking as two days ago I went to Cradlestone, gave them the name and they picked up the store number.

Called the manager Cynthia, who initially was not very helpful and unprofessional referring to me as "dear" ...In the interim, I got the pep number on google within 15 seconds, something the staff of pep claimed they could not get and would not help unless we had this. Very disappointed in Pep Northgate, not helpful at all.

Furthermore they stated that they ddnt have the 7-9 day facillity, only 3-4 days, is that even possible?
