Poor service from staff member

If I had my way I would give a rating of 0. I just experienced the worst service ever from PEP Store Brookside Mall in Pietermaritzburg. I was looking for a foldable table, there was nobody at the floor, I had to ask for help from a lady staff member who was standing by the tills uninterested. When I asked her about if they had any tables available, she showed me them to me and one was meant to be a display as it was not packed. I then asked her if she could open or show me how it’s meant to be unfolded. I was shocked by the attitude I received in her response when she said “I must do it myself”. Is this the customer care service they’ve been trained on? I’m really disappointed. If people don’t want to serve us as customers with courtesy, they should stay at home so that people who are willing to attend to customers are given the opportunity.
