Poor service from Pep Moreleta Plaza

Very poor service at Moreleta Plaza PEP. Never received sms for parcel to receive which was sent 17 January 2024. After 2 weeks I went there today 2 Feb and they told me it was returned yesterday. to sender. This afternoon I received sms to say parcel arrived at Moreleta Plaza. According to website they close at 6 on Fridays. When I went there at17.35 today, they closed door in my face and said "come back tomorrow". I WILL NEVER EVER USE PAXI AGAIN!!
