POOR SERVICE FROM PEP

I experienced very bad service when trying to contact pep customer care via whatsap and tellephonically im trying to get my outstanding balance to make payment and absolutly poor service recieved....my acc blocked because i coyld not remember at which branch i last purchased from i mean realy i will not refer anyone to them and the consultant over the phone telling me the manager wont be able to assist me this is disgusting PEP
