POOR SERVICE FROM PAXI - PEP

The service from PAXI is extremely poor. The guys at PEP are totally lost. They DO NOT understand when you speak to them. The tracking information is NOT updated timeously. They CANNOT track a parcel. PAXI Customer service does not answer their phones. One has to wait hours before the line automatically disconnects. The service is absolutely PATHETIC.
