Poor service from Anna and the entire Pepcell staff at Wonderpark Mall

What is the need of having a warranty and keeping your receipt if that doesn't help when you need to return something that doesn't work. I bought a cellphone charger on the 1/11/2025, on wednesday this week it exploded as i was charging my phone, yesterday 27/11/2025 i went to PepCell Wonderpark Mall and spoke to a very rude lady who is supposedly the manager by the name of Anna, she outright dismissed me and told me that without a box of the charger, there is nothing they can do, i told her that upon buying this charger, i was only told that i should keep the receipt as proof, nothing was mentioned about the charger than she just walked away and said it's my loss, i need to deal with it. She even told me that i'm holding up their queue as it's black friday and they need to reach their target. It's sad that i was dismissed like that without getting any help from this store. I wish i knew better to rather purchase such items from reputable cellphone stores than to rely on Pepcell.
