Poor service for Pep online service

I placed an order online for 3x 4-Tier Shoe Rack With Storage Units for R239.99 on 27/03/26. The order nr was 27538. I was advised to collect my order at the Pep Store in Eersteriver (ESP1T***8 from P0704 PEP EERSTE RIVER CITY CENTRE) which I did on 07/04/26.

When I got to the store, I only received ONE box and was advised that I would be contacted regarding the rest of the order. However, I called today (09/04/26) to confirm where the items were, only to be told that the full order was delivered. I can confirm that this is not the case. Furthermore, when I asked for feedback, I was told I would only be given feedback within 72 hours of my call today. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I've not opened the box yet, since the size of the box (for the size of the item) does not make sense to have 3x items in the tiny box.

I am taking the box I received back to the Pep Store for credit, as I am not willing to wait another day longer for an incomplete order.

The online order process is not what I expected, and I will NEVER use Pep Online order service again!!!!
