Poor Service

I received the most annoying and poor service at Pep Home Fourways Mall yesterday. I arrived at the shop at 6 to return a some goods, the door was already closed. The fact that the staff was already cashing up, that gets to show that they close way before the stipulated time as there was not even a single customer inside the store. Their so called manager Zukiswa wouldn’t let me in, even refused for me to leave the items and complete the transaction the following day, even after explaining to her that they were very heavy, I parked very far and would be a huge inconvenience to offload them again. I asked if she could at least contact her area manager to confirm if I could leave my items at the store , that was still a problem. The attitude she gave me was beyond pathetic to say the least. I am extremely disgusted!
