Poor Service

Went to Eshowe Pep store, the one in the middle by robbot, stayed there for 18 minutes after 9am which is the opening time, no notice advising of the problem, up until we as customers knock to get their attention, they a lady came up to say they have a system problem in 5 minutes they will open. Now it's 9h24nothing,

Other customers are even leaving, what reputation are you sending with your store?
