Poor service

On 15July 2023 I went to pep Braamfontein to pay DStv. Mpho at the store asked me if I have plus more card I said I don't have it. She asked if I have my phone with me I said no. She turn me away indicating that she cannot assist me since I don't have a phone to register for plus. My account was suspended because I could pay on time Today I am from pep at thorntree I asked a lady about the plus more card if it's compulsory she explain that it not compulsory. I am totally not happy with Mpho turning me away without assisting me on that day
