Poor service delivery on repair of cellphone

I have given in my brand new cellphone on 23-05-2019 for repairs. The Mobicel cellphone was bought the weekend of 12-04-2019 and it did not want to switch on. When I handed in my phone I was promised I would get a sms to notify me when it was repaired. I fetched my cellphone today 16-07-2019 and it was repaired and ready for collection since 11-06-2019. I never received my sms or a call from the store to come and fetch my phone.
