POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AT PEP STORES, Ndofaya Mall

OMW what a Pathetic, stinking, revolting attitude I received from Pep store. On the 12th September 2019, I went to collect my parcel after I received a msg on my phone that i must go collect, same day I went, was taken from pillar to post.. The lady whom I first spoke to is Nene, with an attitude she told me their Paxi system is not working, before I could even ask any question further she called another customer.. I stood in que and asked when could I return for it. With an attitude again she just said.. "I dnt know, ppl have been in and out asking the same thing, so I dnt know" I was in desbelieve that a simple request would cause someone to have such an attitude, but then left. I went back with my husband the following day (Friday 2019-09-13) and i found the same lady who still gave us the same attitude and same response. We asked to speak to the manager and she told us she did not know the Manager's whereabouts and called another lady by the name of Thabero but name tag was written Thabby, again we related the story and to our surprise, she told us to call paxi and check with them, i then informed her that I had already did and they told me the parcel was at the shop & if systems were not working then they should use manual. She then said their phones were not working, so they can't call.. My Husband asked her where the manager was and she bluntly just told me that they do not know. She then took a mobile phone and called paxi, after speaking to paxi she asked for my details inorder to call me.. This with no explanation from the call she just made with a phone that was "supposedly not working" Hubby then told her that we will not leave until we are given information about our parcel, she responded by saying your parcel can only be delivered on Monday.. We both fumed and only then did she take a register book and told us that the parcel was actually delivered at 09:45 by Paxi to their shop and my parcel was returned back immediately because their systems were not working.. So hubby then asked her to check the few packs tht were there, maybe ours was mistakenly put there, she then said.. Theres no need, those were there for long, now that angered us more because why was ours turned away seconds it came in... There was no explanation, another cashier known as Nokuthula from the store then came and asked if she couldn't check for us.. She then phoned Paxi again and we were told they could only assist on Monday as they do not open over the weekend.she assured us that Monday it's a definite delivery and will personally call us. No matter how annoyed we were, we felt helpless and didn't have a choice, atleast Nokuthula spoke to us in a polite manner. She promised to call us on Monday. Monday came and after work we decided to go to Pep again, we got there and Nokuthula was on rest day... My heart sank, another lady whom I didn't get her name but I can point out, politely assisted us, i told her the story again, she then called Thabby, Thabby came to us and told us the Paxi didn't come, we then asked her why didn't they call because we are taking our time to go to them, we use our own transport, petrol etc.. An inconvenience in every sense.. She looked at me and told me they were going to call me when the parcel was there, so my hubby asked about the Manager and she said.. "We do not have a manager, she was the supervisor" which buffeled us because she never mentioned that to us, instead they all couldn't say who the manager was and the whereabouts. We were so dissatisfied because it was the third time going with no location of my pack.. Today 2019-09-17 Nokuthula called my husband today informing him that my parcel can only be delivered hopefully on Thursday. This is uncalled for, I was treated unfairly in that shop and my heart is not resting because I haven't even received my parcel. The attitude of the 1st two ladies I mentioned above, was dispeakable, the attitude they gave us.. Was just beyond me, I know this was not going to happen if a white person was the customer, im hurt, dissapointed and want further steps to be taken and also want to be informed of the outcome. This cannot be tolerated.. Atleast with me Im able to write to u, what about those I was told "they were coming in and out looking for their parcels and didn't find it" I'm relying on you to assist me investigate this. Kind regards Thapi Ntanzi *** /02 (office) or Pls call hubby (Happy Ntanzi) on *** as in most times Im unreachable on my mobile line.
