poor service delivery and theft !!!!!

I am so disappointed and hurt by the poor service delivery this company is offering to people. I went to PEP arbour crossing (Durban) to send a parcel through pax on the 10th of April 2024, nobody called to do any follow up with me, I called in May, June and July, still to date my parcel has not reached its destination. That parcel costed me 2000 but you guys only want to refund me 500, besides the fact that I have to do all the phoning and nagging constantly. I want my money back in full!!!!!!!
