Poor service

I dropped off a parcel at pep cell in Randburg on Monday for courier, I was made aware that pick up for the day was already done, and mine was going to be for the following day, and the item is for a wedding that is on Saturday, I chose a 3 to 5 day option, and as I write this review, the item has still not been picked up.....
