I am so disappointed about your employee Nompumelelo at the Tembisa Phumlani Mall branch,(PEP Cell)I bought a mini karaoke and she was unbothered with helping me,she just went to the back and came back with a box without even opening it to confirm if I got the product,she was unwilling to help from the word go,when I got home there is nothing in the box,please hire people who want to help people and who are competent,I tried calling the store with no luck and another thing whose +more card did she use because she didn’t ask me if I have the loyalty card or not,what ********* business is your staff conducting
