Pep galleria mall should be operating from 9am to 19:00 Monday to Friday, however the staff including management will not allow in the store 15mins before they close, and this has become a norm. During back to school they will close the doors 30mins before time. How much of money are you going to continue to loose a store because of your rude employees The amount of attitude the staff has is overwhelming, some serious damage control needs to be done
