Poor service

So I bought a cell @PEPstores_SA #NokiaC1 @NokiaMobile and it just died within few weeks without impact, I took it back to #Pepcell #maponymall and they tell me it's gonna take 6/8 weeks! What crazy **** is that? I am expected to be unmobile for 8weeks! Tjer
