Poor service at PepCell Cofimvaba

Three weeks back, My mother bought a phone at Pepcell cofimvaba, within 3 days, the phone stopped switching on. She took it in, they said she must come withini 30 days to fetch it. She went today, when she tries to switch it on it would not work still. They have taken it in for repairs again. What is frustrating is the fact the she payed for the phone but she does not have a phone. Pep cell has her money and her phone. I kindly request for Pep to refund her so she can buy a phone from a cellphone shop that cares. While at it, can the PepCell Cofimvaba fix the telephone so that customers can call. Thank you
