Poor Service at Pep Store Randpark Ridge

I went to a Pep Store in Randpark Ridge on Sunday 19 July 2020 to make use of the Paxi service for packages I needed to send. I experienced such appalling service from the Cashier, Manager on duty was not so different. This is the second time I had been to the store, the Customer service I received was way below what is expected. I am rethinking ever making use of the store for the Paxi service, my interaction with both the cashier and the Manager was extremely unpleasant . I would like the lack of customer service to be effectively addressed by Pep, one would expect better service than that which I received.
