Poor service at PEP Mala mall

So I took my precious time rushed to PEP at Emalahleni Mala mall to make a layby, I was assisted by a very rude girl named Zama on the 20-03-2025 at exactly 17:32:26 she told me their laybye is 40% okay shocked as I was I asked okay how much am I supposed to pay? My items amounted to R629.94 she said I must pay R300 okay I paid and left but when I get to the car I just realized no maarn this is not right... I turned back and asked to talk to her... The attitude was disgusting no remorse, I explained that no I noticed everything about my transaction is wrong even 40% of R629 is not R300 she just said their manager told them to say it's 40% and she doesn't know mathematics so she assumed it's R300 (as if I'm the one who was supposed to calculate) I am so mad and so upset because I'm wondering is this how PEP trains their stuff to treat customers, she didn't care! I regret going to that PEP I felt it was going to be like this by the way she was arguing with her colleagues infront of me as if I don't exist.. Poorest service!
