Poor service @ Pep Home (The Grove)

Received very poor customer service from the staff, as I was waiting at the parcel counter and the store associate without a greeting or any acknowledgement took my parcel, as soon I was ready to leave, my parcels were tossed onto the counter with little regard for fragility of the items that were inside, and of course it would have been too much to expect an apology as she wasn't bothered. The cherry on top...she had no name tag
