Poor Service at Pep Cell

I bought a phone from Pep Cell 4672 on 27Th December 2025. The phone overheats on charger, freezes, and is slow. When I tried to exchange it on monday 29th, cashier Kamo was rude ("I didn't force you to buy the phone") and refused the exchange, claiming the phone wasn't faulty after checking it for less than 10 min.

The displayed RAM was 6GB but when they checked it was 3GB and extended it. I am not satisfied with product and service.
