Poor service at PEP Carlton centre

I am not happy with PEP clothing store at Carlton centre. I called today at 10am to enquire about deliveries; I was told they close at 2pm. When I get here at 1:30 the manager (kedibone) tell me they cannot assist me because deliveries closes at one. I told her I cannot do it tomorrow since I am working can they at least please keep it for me. She said she is not allowed with an attitude.Then she told me to join the Qeue all over again but other customers did not join the qeue ...Meanwhile she is assisting others. It came to my suprise that 2pm only applies to me not others. When I get in front I am told by Gugulethu that I need to buy a plastic but from the beginning Kedibone did not tell me. Gugulethu started defending Kedibone that I was told to buy a plastic bag. I have never seen such poor communication and inconsistent rules. I am in disbilief...Kedibone is RUDE!
