Poor service and over priced items

I went to pep store in Jane furse plaza today dated 31-05-2026 .Only two cashiers and the other one even helping with parcel counter while assisting the queue. About 5 if not more workers on the floor packing stock did not even care about the queue. I was in the queue since 11h35 and only got helped by 12h25. Worse bought airwaves chewing gum priced at R16.00 got to the till it was R17.99 I was so ****ed and tired of standing for long, I could not wait for the manager to come override the gums and I left. The manager and staff in that store do not care about customer service but stock🥵🥵😡
