Poor service and no regards of customers

The store opens at 08:00 and I was there at 08:05 doors locked and I could see the staff through the window and I knocked on the window and they all looked at me and raised their shoulders and arms with a sign to say we do not know. Only at 08:10 when I started taking pictures of the store times and them they opened.
