POOR SERVICE AND A MEAN STAFF MEMBER.

I was at PEP 0322 Ficksburg Store yesterday around 16:58 while I witnessed a guy *****ing Anthem 1.2m flat micro USB cable, he took about 3 to 5 boxes, right after that guy left, I reported that to a lady called AGNES , looks like she is pregnant, that lady told me hurtful words, such as why would I tell her, while the guy already left the store, what's the use of telling her that, I should've just kept quiet because I was quite when I saw him *****ing, I am hurt actually, I don't want to lie, I am so disappointed, the least you guys should do is tighten your security, because there was no security at the door, and you guys should train your stuff on how to speak to customers. I am so disappointed, and I was embarrassed.. I called the customer care line after the incident, I am still embarrassed even now, please do something about this poor service...
