Poor Service

Matsie Thoka ***, cellphone no ***..I did the lay bye on the 28th Of August for my kids Christmas clothes, and today when I want to take out the lay bye I am told they have took eventhing back to the floor...Please help as I need everything that I have lay bye as the date which my lay bye supposed to expire did finish which is end of Dec 2022
