Poor service

It was Sunday the 8th of September 2024 I was at Eyethu mall pep sell the one next to pick 'n pay. I was buying the standard bag of paxi. Firstly the was a long queue and the was another girl on the till the lady NTOMBI was guys with her cell phone until she saw we were looking at her, until she started calling another customer of which it was me.

Firstly she had qn attitude you could see it through her face, she did not greet back when i greeted her. Upon requesting for a paxi standard bag, she then assisted another customer who wanted headsets she left me hanging in a till without asking me if she could serve the other customer who was after me.

She asked for my numbers i gave her she even asked for the receivers numbers. I gave it to her i then asked her to please confirm the numbers with me of the receiver so i could see if they matches she then continued gave me attitude and said yours are right so u will give this person a message whenever you receive a text i asked if is this how it works she kept quiet.

On top of that it was actually my first time sending a parcel so i asked her for an instruction she said just open and put your things, ok fine i did just that afterwards she says open the seal, since it was my first time i couldn't understand she said just read there.

She was so rude and it seems like she's even a. Manager in that store
