Poor service

Pep stores(stores) in Umthatha, in Chartam street, and all 3 stores in Circus Triangle do not have a facility to open bank account. This is the account that is backed up by ABSA bank. This is a poor service. To me it looks like they are lazy to open this kind of an account with 1. Chartam street store-we no longer offering this service. 2. In side Circus Triangle- no cards! Not a good service
