poor service

I am utterly disgusted by the service i have received from PEP and PAXI , i sent a parcel out on the 30th of April , when i went to track the parcel its states parcel handover failure , no one has had any courtesy to either call and update me of the whereabouts of the parcel , and each time i call i get different feedback from both PEP AND PAXI , I have called PEP canal walk which i sent the parcel with but each time they speak to me like there just do not care i must just deal with the fact that the parcel can not be found , i do not know how many times i have contacted both PAXI and PEP with relation to this but no feedback and no one ever gets back to me . I have then called PAXI again who then advised me that PEP CANAL WALK sent a parcel with the wrong courier and advised that the parcel will be handed over to PEP CANAL WALK , but this was last week and i have received any feedback , I am really disgusted to how they are not handling the matter at hand and treating it lightly as if what ever is in the parcel is not things i used money for . I need answers from PEP and PAXI
