Poor service

Hi I'm really disgusted in the lack luster service I have been receiving from pep Goldman street for years now today was my breaking point I went there today and upon entry I notice not a single cashier at the Checkout point where as people are standing in the line to pay then the manager standing there witnessing what's happening doesn't jump in to help but instead she keeps on telling us the customers don't worry wait a cashier will be there to help us shortly I waited for over an hour to just do a simple thing cause of basically no desire from the manager and staff to actually help a customer I'm appaled by such disregard for paying customers as we also have things to do now we forced to stand and wait because of *********** management who has no desire to actually help anyone I mean not even the manager stepped behind the counter to actually help us instead we have to wait when people actually decide to do there work they get paid for and it's not the first time this happens and I won't be going there ever again!!!!worst customer service I have ever faced really it's lackluster
