POOR SERVICE

Bought a pone at pep store exacltly 29 days later the phone got damaged and i ave been waiting for 4 months for them to fix the phone, i never experienced such a pathetic service whenever i call them hey will come back to me and they do not even have a job number. I hope you do not make a mistake and buy a phone from them as they do not now how to keep their customers happy and informed when there is a delay in repairs.
