Poor service

Hi, I'm so dissatisfied by the service that Pep stores offer to their customers, especially the two Pep store in Park station Johannesburg and Pep cell the bridge. They treat customers like dirt with no respect and customer acknowledgement, the manager at Park station told me straight that she has an agenda with me because I laid a complain about my unhappiness with there customer services, I had to pay twice on my PAXI delivery which I was never advised on the size of the bag to purchase, therefore she told me straight on my face that it is not their problem that I continued to fit my shipment onto the bag, she even went as far I can leave the shop she doesn't care. Such a poor and pathetic service. I will never use that service anymore.
