Poor service

On the 28 June 2023 I went to Siyabuswa PEP Store to purchase Cell C sim card for my router and Cell C data voucher but unfortunately I was not assisted because the staff was so rude and it took them almost 10 minutes to attend to me while they were busy chatting, I asked them to active the sim card for me so that I can recharge the new sim with the voucher since I have purchase cell c data from them, but still they told me that I cannot be assisted I asked to see the manager but they told me that they don't have a manager so I felt disrespected because they did not give me a good customer care and have attitude towards me and how come a Pep store does not have management or supervisor.

I am very disappointed with the store, and I left my sim and the voucher there at the store since I was not assisted.
