Poor service

We went there to send a parcel to mpumalanga.One of the ladies served well,but she wanted my I'd and l told them l did not have.l then phoned home for my ID no.

When l got the I'd number,a manageress or supervisor said they wanted a an I'd.I told her l had forgotten it home.Then l she rudely asked me to take my parcel and asked me why didn't l do it in Gugulethu?l asked her whether we are told where to buy or do oir business.

Then,l asked for my money back, and they both the ignored me and instead asked me to leave.l left but was very disappointed by the unprofessional and rudness.
