Poor service

Sent my new phone in as the 6000mah battery was only lasting 1 day . It's been 2 weeks since it was booked in for repair and still no information as to when I'll receive my phone back . When I ask the manager she can't even tell me any information like how long or what the problem is and there is no follow up . So now I don't have my money or a phone that works
