Poor Service

On the 19th of November 2023 I went to buy at Pep Home in Kokstad KZN. So I needed a basket but they had no prices on the shelves or even on the basket. When I got to the till I asked the girl who was helping me "how much is the basket" she said she didn't know I must go and take the basket and bring it to her. I asked her to please go take the basket cause those baskets have no barcode prices. She rolled her eyes and said Drama. I wasn't happy with the attitude then went to speak to the manager to speak to her staff. Did the manager not tell me to call and Complain to the head office. What is he there for if he cannot handle queries himself. Mahn my day was ruined.
