poor service

<p>My sister send me money via pep money transfer but when i got to ABSA atm i couldn't get money. The slip coming out says consult the brach. I then went to Shoprite still at Shoprite i couldn't get the money they told me , they don't know what is happening. While i was at ABSA they told me PEP is off line funny enough when i went to PEP store they told me the didn't have a problem with system. This is really bad service as i needed to use the money urgently. And this is not the first time i hear such story. Is PEP helping people or taking advantage of the poor?</p>
