Poor service

I was very disappointed with the level of poor service I received from Pep Lambton Sunday 14/11/2021. I was assisted by Jessica, the lady did not even great me not to mention the level of unprofessionalism! She was busy talking with her other colleagues while assisting me even when she packed my staff she handed my plastic to me while her other hand was on her waist with an attitude on her face. She doesn't care about customers that lady
