Poor service

Whenever I go for an exchange or refund, the cashier and manager always has an attitude.Today I was told that I cannot exchange due to the item not on the slip, which was given to me as a gift...normally people don't give you the receipt if it's a gift but due to the wrong size I needed to exchange the item. I asked if they can retrieve the slip then they spoke an African Language
