Poor service

Good day

I made a purchase at Pep Kroonstad the Cross street branch yesterday the 07/06/2019 @ 08:45. I misplaced my slip and they are refusing to exchange my purchase let be noted I do not want my money back just a smaller size. As the hanger on the slippers was a 8 and the size of the slipper is a 10. Why should I bare the loss of their Original mistake by hanging their items not on correct sized hangers.

The manager was so rude refusing to even speak to me. Upon which I called their customer service twice holdind more than 20 minutes with no response.

Please could this be forward to their complaints and could the Area manager contract me back.

I work in retail and these policies are ridiculous as this is a small town and im a regular customer.
