Poor service

Hi,

On ths 11.01.2019 i went to pep store randfontein station mall to pay my Avon Account. Only to find out that I still owe Avon Account. When i look for my receipt cant find it. I ask them to print for me they couldn help. I then to my bank to find out and they also told me the information on the computer doent show where the money went.

I asked pep to refund my money since they are the ones who made a mistake. They told me i am making noise.

Can u please help.
